GRUPO CMC acquires the security solution Prot-On

The Spanish multinational, Grupo CMC (COGNICASE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING S.L) has acquired Prot-On with the objective of strengthening its offer of solutions in the field of cybersecurity within its strategy of organic business growth.

The main factors of Prot-On that have made GRUPO CMC acquire our company are, mainly, its ease of use and flexibility in user management, and the business model oriented to facilitate interoperability among all types of users, making it the ideal solution for sharing confidential information outside the company’s perimeter. The solution is available in SaaS and On-Premises models.
