User: A person that accepts these terms and conditions, simply by browsing the web

Platform: Prot-on web application that is made available to users at the URLs listed in the heading of this document.

Services: The services are all functions available to users directly on the web or through software applications developed and distributed by Cognicase Management Consulting, S.L (hereinafter CMC). The characteristics of the services are determined by the form of registration selected by the user

Prot-On is a platform that offers services related to the safe management of the information and digital documentation, by means of the administration of electronic signatures linked to the emails of registered users. All features of the services can be found in the respective Contracting Conditions that you shall accept. CMC grants to its users a non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to access the platform and CMC services, according to the type of account you select.

Browsing rules

Access to the platform is voluntary and attributes visitors the conditions of user.

CMC reserves the right to modify, at any time, these terms and conditions. All users undertake to make an adequate use of the services offered therein. Use of some of the services requires prior registration, by means of filling out the form made available for that purpose with the required information, and the selection of one of the types of services.


Privacy conditions are regulated in the privacy policy and in the specific conditions that the user can learn and accept when requested to provide his data. All privacy conditions are permanently accessible on the web.

In order to ensure that appropriate technical security measures are employed, CMC entrusts external suppliers with the support of the services available on the platform. Reverse-engineering prohibition

Any act of reverse-engineering that involves decompiling software elements that make up the platform, or the software applications owned by CMC shall be considered as a violation of intellectual property of CMC and/or third parties.
